Role in RE-FRESH

RE-FRESH Coordination is led by Prof. Gwendoline Lafaye (IC2MP, CNRS–University of Poitiers), serving as Project Coordinator. Supported by a dedicated Project Manager, she heads the lean Project Management Team (PMT). This central hub ensures smooth relations with the European Commission, oversees administrative, legal, and financial operations, and fosters partner communication. The PMT also monitors risks, tracks deliverables, and guarantees timely execution of the work plan with agility and strategic oversight.
